Citrus Pay — Bank account debited but bill not paid | |||||
I was paying rs 7769 using citrus pay against electricity bill (Wbsedcl) on 5th june 2016. However during transaction their web portal showed transaction failed. Surprisingly an auto generated mail was received from their side that payment was successful. Now wbsedcl denies payment from your side. Kindly arrange to refund the incurred amount.
