Recharged my Delhi metro smart card (card number:[protected] by net banking. Money have been deducted from my account but top up was not valid for my card.

After complaining to DMRC they have asked me to speak to Payment Gateway CITRUS for amount reversal.
The payment of top-up, dated[protected]:03:53 Merchant ID[protected] is still not refunded to my account.
