I am using citrus 1st time.i tried withdral my money 2000 rupess and deposit idibi bank on 02 februry 2016.. Everything went fine however during payment transaction amount was detected from my bank account but not recived in idbi bank was failed. Can you please take quick action to get refund amount to my bank account or to my citrus account?? Mail id used for transaction is joy.berhampore @gmail.com...

i am using the citrus pay as merchant account to my website www.shopvalleta.in . on last month 21 a transaction happened from buyer . till now the amount has not been credited to my account . from past one month i am constantly sending mails to supports and making call. there is no response to this issue . now its been 25 days got over . i feel its a fraud payment gateway. even when i try to call customer support its auto disconnecting .i will wait two more days and then will prepare for consumer court and will publish the verdict on internet and reviews where ever this payment may appear .
