As checked, transaction done on 31/10/2021 is successful via Citrus transaction id OL[protected] and source transaction id UPI[protected] at our end. For any concern regarding, delivery of the product/Payment receipt/Account Details/Cancellation/Refund, request you to contact the merchant directly to get the status at their end. Further, transaction done on 24/10/2021 has been reversed. You will receive the amount in your source account within 7-10 working days (except Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays).
