Dear sir/Madam I had paid my course fee for BA degree from ignou university. I paid amount of Rs.2014 through online banking from my uco Bank debit card. I paid the amount on 29 march, 2017. The amount has been deducted from my account but the fee has not reached the university. My admission is getting delayed due to pending fee. The last date of submission of fee is 31 March 2017.Please help me to get a refund of the amount as soon as possible.
