[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — account debited payment not done

Dear citrus team

I have done one payment to airtel through my icici bank account on 7th february 2018 through internet banking. It is not yet reflected to airtel account as well as not reversed to my account.
Below are the details for the same.

Please mail confirmation from airtel about non payment against icici payment details

Transaction amount: rs. 589.00

Transaction date: february 7, 2018

Payment id: [protected]

Consumer code: airt[protected]

Bill reference information: [protected]

My account is debited on 7th of feb 2018 but airtel account is not credited as well as amount is not reversed to my account.

I have confirmed same with icici bank. Icici confirmed same that payment is transferred to citrus on 8th of february and please contact gateway for further information.
So please do the needful asap.

We are unable to trace the transaction details with the provided information. Request you to share the Citrus Transaction id along with the email id and mobile number used for processing the TXN to get the status checked.

• Citrus Transaction ID, Merchant ID and Bank reference number.
• Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.
• Transaction date along with the amount.
• Email id or phone number used for processing the transaction.
• First 6 and last 4 digits of your card.
• UPI / VPA if any used

any update on my request. I have provided all details of my request on 13th. but there is no update from CITRUS team. when I can expect the same?

Hi Citrus team,

Are you working on my issue? My hard earn money is deducted on 7th Feb 2018 and forwarded to CITRUS. But it is not paid in my airtel mobile account. So many time I have raised this issue with Airtel, ICICI and CITRUS. CITRUS looks to be least bothered about this issue. There is no update from CITRUS though I provided whatever information is required. Please let to whom I should approach to get my money back. It looks to be consumer forum is the last option open for me.
