I, m v sivakrishna, (Postal department) using credit card ending 0719 payment done through citrus payment solutions to my bank account ending 2589. The payment is done rs 5000, rs 2000 and rs 1500 on[protected]. But still now the amount is neither credited nor refunded. The deductions are taken as scree shot and sent to you to verify. Please verify
