Amount of rs.12318 debit from pnb saving account during payment of bajaj allianz insurance policy by using citrus payment solution on 23/jan/2018 but not paid to bajaj allianz. Plz. Look in this matter and resolve issue as soon as possible. Transaction i. D[protected].

beneficiary name is RANJAN KUMAR
banificiary bank is kotak mahindra bank
As I have already told the issue, I have to open an account in Kotak Mahindra Bank, therefore, i paid the amount of 2000 by a debit card of PNB. now the problem is payment is not received by Kotak Mahindra bank but the transaction is successful in Punjab bank statement.
We are unable to trace any transaction with the provided details. Please share the below details at [email protected] via email to assist you further -
• Citrus, Merchant and Bank reference number.
• Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.
• First six and last four digits of the card (In case transaction is processed via Credit/Debit Card).
• Transaction date along with the amount.
• Email id or phone number used for processing the transaction.
• UPI / VPA if any used
