[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — Amount Debited and Order NOT PLACED or NO AMOUNT REFUNDED

I placed an order with Zara via the UPI payment method. The amount was debited from my account and yet the order was not confirmed hence the order was not placed. No refund has been received by me and I request an immediate refund for the same at the earliest.
