Citrus Payment Solutions — amount debited but not refunded.

Hi,
I have made payment of 4510 rupees on 30 sep 2017, but from my account using icici payment gateway, money got debited but payment not done.
As it was last day for payment, i tried again and that time payment success for nios.ac.in
Amount:4510
Failed transaction number: [protected]-citruseazypay
Check ref number:[protected]
Attached both payment fail and success screenshots. Attached the transactions also.

Hdfc side confirmed that it was merchant only responsible for this.
Please check they confirm that from merchant side only needs to get the amount.
Please refund the amount 4510.
