[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — Amount Debited By Citrus Payment Solutions with unsuccessful payment transaction on Zara | |
While I was placing my order during a Zara transaction using UPI mode of payment under Citrus Payment Solutions gateway on the 1st July 2021. The money was debited towards Citrus Solutions Payment gateway but reflected on Zara as payment failed. Due to which the order placement was unsuccessful. Requesting you to kindly look into my concern and requesting initiation of a refund towards my bank account with the debited amount at the earliest. Was this information helpful? | |
