[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — amount debited from my account but nit reflected the same to ghmc property tax

I tried to pay the property tax through the citrus pay using ghmc app. I used the vpa to pay the amount and my account got debited and credited to your account. But the same not paid to ghmc propertu tax.
