[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — amount debited from my bank account not reach to mp online kiosk

I made the payment of mponline kiosk on 11/08/2017 of amount rs. 6000 through axis bank net banking with billdesk citruspay. After few seconds page is not showing it is successful or unsuccessful transaction but money got debited from my bank account.
Then i contacted to axis bank authorities they said that "your payment shows successful".
Kindly refund my money
