[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — Amount debited from sbi account but payment not made

Have made payment twice for HSVP water bill for Rs 2679/- from my sbi account which means Rs 2679/- paid two times but payment has failed and amount deducted . Details of msgs received are given below:-

Thx for INB txn of Rs.2679 frm A/c X9618 to i-Collect... Ref#IGAKSOEQX9 on 13Mar21. If not done, fwd this SMS to [protected] to block INB or call [protected]-SBI

As checked, both the transactions are successful via Citrus transaction Id - OL[protected] & OL[protected] and source transaction Id - [protected] & [protected] at our end. For any concern regarding, delivery of the product/Payment receipt/Account Details/Cancellation/Refund, request you to contact the merchant eazypay directly to get the status at their end.

Ref#IGAKSOEQX9 on 13Mar21. If not done, fwd this SMS to [protected] to block INB or call [protected]-SBI

however, the same has not been credited in to HUDA account. It remains unresolved.
