Citrus Payment Solutions — Amount debited from the account but the order is not placed by Zara online

I ordered shoes from online Zara app
My amount 2990/- got debited through Googlepay gateway payment link. But order was not confirmed on Zara app and payment awaited sign showing continued so I cancelled the order after 1 hour. My amount is not yet credited. Please look into the matter on the urgent basis
