[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — Amount debited in bank but in zara still telling to pay

I have booked a denim jacket on Saturday 20 nov 2021 . The amount 3000 has been debited from my bank through upi but in the zara site it is still showing not paid and telling to pay . I have contacted the customer support and they told that it will be returned by 24 hrs but today is Wednesday 24 November 2021 and still no response from zara and the money is also no returned
