[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — Amount Debited Order not Processed

I placed an order on Zara and I paid via UPI for which they used Citrus Solutions. The amount is debited but the order was not processed. Please initiate a refund as soon as possible.
I'm attaching a screenshot of the transaction. Please let me know.
As checked, this is a successful transaction via Citrus transaction Id - OL[protected] and source transaction Id - UPI[protected] at our end. For any concern regarding, delivery of the product/Payment receipt/Account Details/Cancellation/Refund, request you to contact the merchant directly to get the status at their end.
