Sir,

on 06.07.2018 while i am making payment through HDFC net banking for NIOS DLED II year exam fee for Rs.6, 010/-, through CITRUSEAZYPAY the amount has been deducted, but the transaction showing failed and showed as

"we regret the inconvenience caused. the page you have requested is not available at this time"

Kindly refund the said amount of Rs.6, 010/- which was failed on 06.07.2018 or suggest in this regard immediately.
