[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — Amount deducted but did not received by zara

Hi, i ordered something from zara and i choose a payment method as upi and did the payment through paytm the payment goes to citrus solutions pvt ltd. The amount got deducted but zara didn’t receive the payment. Please refund my amount
