[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — Amount deducted but payment was not received to zara

I have placed the online order on zara india and opted UPI payement which directed to CITRUS then directed toh phonpe app. I had completed the payment and amount of 3890 was deducted but on zara payment is still pending. I had talked to zara also and they are claming they haven't received the payment. The order has been canceled so please refund my money to my account.
