Sir my name is Vishal Ranjan and when i make payment for my mother in ignou MSO re registration no[protected] and when making payment through NET BANKING of SBI then payment is successfully done but after that i again open the check fee status then portal again show the option to make a payment but it is already deducted from my account .it is not done in my registration.
so please solve the problem, as soon as possible as last date is near.

I have already submitted my fees on 1st april 11:28 pm yesterday night but still it is showing that i have not submitted my fees my reference number is IGABBJCAG7
