Citrus Payment Solutions — Amount deducted from account but payment not received by zara

Hey I made a payment for amount 2990/- through zara . I made payment via google pay . The amount was deducted right away from my account and when I went to the zara page. The page showed that the payment is still pending and later the order placed for cancelled.
Please either initiate my payment or refund the money back
