Citrus Payment Solutions — Amount deducted from Bank Account but transaction not successful (Zara)

On 31st March, I was placing an order on Zara for which I paid via PhonePe UPI. The money was requested through citrus payment solutions and I paid the amount. The amount Rs. 4980 has been debited from my bank account, but citrus page prompted that transaction was unsuccessful. Now the merchant “Zara” has cancelled my order because of the pending payment and I still do not have my money back. Also PhonePe indicates the transaction has been successful and also I got a message from my bank that the amount was credited to [protected]@axisbank. The UPI reference number is[protected]. Please refund me my amount.
