Citrus Payment Solutions — Amount deducted online for Marriage certificate registration but my account does not reflect that.

On 08/02/2021 paid rs 50 online as marriage certificate fees on NMC portal through Citrus payment solutions .Money also deducted for the above on 08/02/2021 at 12.14am but my NMC dashboard does not show any paid record and insists to pay.
