I have an order on zara india online on 03-June-2021 and had opted for payment via upi.
I did the payment using Google pay for which zara had used citrus payment gateway. The amount got deducted of INR 3050, Zara did not received the money and the order went into pending status. Amount got deducted from my account but Zara did not receive the amount.
A few moments later ZARA cancelled the order from their end. I then called Zara Customer Services and they told me that the payment was made but it is with CUTRUS Gateway and they have not received it. They also told me to wait for 15 days as you guys will refund it but it has been a month and I have not received the refund.
