[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — application fee deducted for jipmer but application not submitted. refund not processed till date

An amount of rs1211.80 was deducted from my sbi bank account no [protected] with ref no. [protected] igadekmcx7 on 24th march 2018 for jipmer mbbs application which was unsuccessful. The amount has not been refunded. Kindly process the refund immediately. Please call me on [protected] for any queries and process my request. I can enclose the ministatement if need be.
