[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — citrus pay bank account debited but payment not reached merchant

I tried to make fee payment to comedk for seat acceptance in second round on 21 july 2017 of rs 50, 000/-
An amount of rs 50, 017.70/- was debited from my bank account at punjab national bank. Transaction id is[protected]. However, the payment has not reached comedk. And fees paid was showing as zero. Kindly resolve at the earliest.
