Hello,
I have an issue with one of my payments.
I payed ghmc property tax oft ₹12, 228/-
Money has been debited from my bank account.
But it is still showing as due on the ghmc site.
Please look into this matter and resolve as soon as possible.
I have raised a comlaint via email and havent recieved any responce.
The ticket number assigned to the case is 05732307

Apologies for the inconvenience.

As checked, this is a failed transaction and amount for same has been refunded on 23/07/2020 via RRN[protected]. You will receive the amount in your source account within 5-7 working days (except Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays).
