I have my order in Zara today worth 3590/- the amount has been deducted from my account but the order is not placed, even zara is not responding as well. Zara uses citrus payment gateway for the payment but as soon as I was reached the app back it was showing error.Zara is not responding as well. Your transaction with Citrus ID UPI[protected] processed for Rs. 3590 was a failed transaction. The amount has been refunded to your source account on[protected] and shall reflect into your account within 7 to 10 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and bank holiday) from the date of refund.
