Citrus Payment Solutions — citrus payment solutions paid property tax through ghmc app

Respected madam /sir

I am santu sardar. I have paid a property tax through ghmc app by ur citrus solutions pvt. Ltd through google pay upi, transaction details are: upi transaction id :[protected].
Citrus solutions pvt ltd. Paid upi is [protected]@axisbank and amount was debited, but the tax is showing due.
I request you to solve this problem and refund my amount to same upi id as soon as possible.

Citrus Payment Solutions Customer Care's response Hi Santu,

As checked, this is a successful transaction via merchant transaction id M123070006920200413113407 and source transaction id UPI[protected] at our end. For any concern regarding, delivery of the product/Payment receipt/Account Details/Cancellation/Refund, you are requested to contact the merchant directly to get the status at their end.

Updated by SantuSardar That's exactly my point.
Payment to Citrus was successful.
But the purpose of the payment was to pay the Property Tax in GHMC app which is still pending.
Either you send a confirmed proof that the amount was paid to GHMC or return the said amount.
Please act fast.

Updated by SantuSardar As I didn't any fruitful response, I emailed Citrus but no solution yet. Instead they are replied that they are closing the case!
Still waiting for refund of INR 3937/- against the transaction as attached.

Updated by SantuSardar I had a discussion with customer complaint team member of citrus (phone no [protected]) few hrs. back and he asked me too do another similar transaction of amount 3937 for [protected]@apl. I did the transaction and waiting for a response for long time.
Can you please check this thing at your end quickly and get back to me.
Your complete process is looking very mysterious to me in case I don't get any response I would like to search for legal help.
Attached image is the snapshot of my latest transaction which was made on request of your customer complaint team member
