I placed an order from Zara India App on 30th June 2021. The UPI payment gateway used is Citrus. The money is deducted from my account and received at Citrus but not at Zara.
I want either refund of that amount or transfer the amount to Zara.

processed on[protected] for Rs. 12120.00 was a failed transaction. The amount has been refunded to your source account on[protected] and shall reflect into your account within 7 to 10 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and bank holiday) from the date of refund.
