Citrus Payment Solutions — Citruspay fraud My 1000 rs not shown in my kotak 811 account but got deducted from my bank of baroda account

I have deposited 1000 rupees as i was opening kotak 811 acount and my money got deducted from my bank of Baroda account but did not receive on kotak 811 acount i paid through citruspay payu site
