Citrus Payment Solutions — complaint for non crediting of 1878.60 to my sbi credit card

Myself arijit pakhira used my sbi credit card to pay nios exam fees worth ₹ 1878.60 dated 13/12/2017 @ 8:30am. But the transaction is still remaining unsettled with nios. But amount has been debited from my sbi credit card.
