Citrus Payment Solutions — Complaint pending for 10 days now- no response

I had submitted my complaint 10 days ago. I still have not received any response towards it.
This is a reputed payment portal..
Why is the customer service so poor?!

I am attaching the details of my UPl payment towards Zara which failed to reach their account again.
Kindly do the needful!!
