[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — convenience fee charged of rs 1102/-

This issue is in reference to payment of rs 62304/- inclusive taxes made against citrus reference number ctx[protected], very high convenience fees of rs1102/- has been charged to me when i made payment through my credit card. First of all it shouldn't be charged from me, if it has been charged then it should be of rs 600/- @1.17% which shown during payment but you have charged double the amount. Plz refund my money of rs 1100/- in citrus account against my no. [protected]. Waiting for refund

But my complain is regarding transaction charges not regarding payment status.Is transaction charges also goes into account of the merchant?if yes then Ok else do the reversal
