[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — Corporation tax (chennai) paid, transaction failed but refund not credited - reg.

Hi, I had made payment towards Corporation Tax Chennai Rs.1257/- through E Pay/Citrus Payment Solution/I.D.No:[protected] on 12/04/2021. The Amount duly got debited from my U.B.I. S.B. a/c. but the receipt was not generated. When I checked in Corporation Tax Website it is stated that the said Transaction of Rs.1257/- has been failed.
