[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — customer paid, i got sms, but does not come in account or wallet | |||
One customer paid me rs. 6680 through the link that i sent, then i got the sms that i received the amount, it also said that click this link to get it directly in the bank account. This has never happened before, i had received previous all payments directly in my bank account. But this time, neither it is showing in the wallet balance, nor bank account. When i click the link to get it in the account, the link opens the application bank details page that already has bank details filled in. I do not know what to do. I tried the number of the person who called me from citrus, but his phone is not reachable. Kindly help as soon as possible.
