[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — Didn't get my refund from zara

I placed an order on Zara on 9th August 2021. I made the payment of Rs 3290 through citrus platform. The amount got debited but Zara could not process my order. I am still waiting for the refund. Please look into this ASAP
