[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — exam fee

Complaint is regarding the comedk application fee payment. As i was provided a link to pay via my upi, i opted to pay and the payment was done successfully. But the application says that the payment is unsuccesful and the money was debited frommy account. What can i do? There was a message to my cellphone regarding the request of rs.1600/- to pay to citrus solutions pvt ltd. I had used gpay as a gateway to pay the amount. I have the reference code as[protected] and the transaction was done on 15th of april 2020. As the last date to the payment of exam fee is nearing, i would like to know whether there will be any refund of my money or it would be sirected redirected to the exam fee account. Thank you. The amount has been refunded to your source account on[protected] and shall reflect into your account within 3 to 5 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and bank holiday).
