Citrus Payment Solutions — Extra balance deducted from my a/c while submitting ignou exam fees

I had submitted ignou exam fee from SBI A/C no. - [protected] through debit card dated-28th march 2017 after entering the required details and OTP at the time of payment it showed me an error that the payment was not successful but my balanced was deducted thrice from my Bank account. my debit card no. is [protected], my enrollment no. of IGNOU is[protected] i paid a visit to bank branch but they did not able to help me but suggested me to visit www.citruspay.com so i request you to solve my issue as early as possible and refund my balance back.my enrollment no. of IGNOU is[protected]
