I placed an order on 30 June 2021, for which Rs. 10, 950 were deducted from my bank account. However, the payment was not processed and Zara cancelled the order. I have written to you earlier on this platform and I requested that you share an email ID where I can send you the transaction details, however, the email that you shared was encrypted and thus, I was unable to see it and contact you.
Please process a refund for the transaction as soon as possible.
The details are:
1. The Merchant is Zara. UPI Ref. No.[protected]
2. Transaction date: 30 June 2021; Amount: Rs. 10, 950
Please share an email ID where I can share the other details like phone number, last digits of card, UPI ID. Thanks.
