Citrus Payment Solutions — for nios teacher registration, payment made twice for a single account

Dear sir,

As per the guidelines stipulated in the website (http://dled.nios.ac.in/) i made payment for teacher registration. I waited for 48 hours & again made payment. This time the payment was shown successful & the process completed. Now how a single transaction money can be deducted twice.
I contacted axis bank & they are saying that both the payment is settled & they have provided the reference no for settlement of the 1st payment made on 12 th september, 2017 which was not updated after payment & within 48 hours.

The biller/ merchant vide payment id: [protected] dated 12th september is received from axis bank.

I have also contacted nios over email but no reply is received till now.
