Hi, We have done payment of rs 862 towards our hp refil cylinder through citrus pay on 9 march 2020 but hp people did not recieve payment. Neither the amount is refunded back to me nor agent recieved. I would like to have it to refunded back to my bank from which i have done transfer. Transaction details Dear customer, rs.862.00 txn done on card xx0911 on[protected] at rupaycitrus pay gov pos/ecom. Txn# s[protected].
