Citrus Payment Solutions — ghmc property tax, money debited from bank account but still showing as due

I request citrus solutions to shut down your payment gateway as it is useless and stressful. I used couple of times and same issue. I tried to pay my property tax through upi, payment was successful but still my due reflects same in govt app. I request and demand immediate refund of my money.

Also request to have proper customer care or atleast a single phone number to contact you for smooth resolution.
