[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — hp gas booking issue!! citrus payment gateway used

I have made a payment for the hp gas booking through the ezy suvidha app and had used citrus as the payment gateway.
I had used upi to pay the amount, but the payment details is not reflected on the app.

I dont know if the payment has gone through successfully. I tried reaching citrus pay using emails, but no response from their end
