Citrus Payment Solutions — I am complaining about my payment that have been deducted.

I placed an order from Zara app and completed the payment by UPI and the gateway was citrus payments.
My money have been deducted from my bank account but my order was not confirmed and got cancelled.
It was an order for 2270 rs.
I wish to recieve my money back as soon as possible.
