Hi lumitha cutinha here, i did a transaction of rs.895 on 5th november 2017 to reena castelino, money got deducted from my account but in citrus app the transaction is still showing as pending. Even she didn't get money to her account which i transferred.in her account also it is showing as pending.
So can please help me in this problem. My contact number is [protected].

I had put 5000 rs to citrus wallet and then requested withdrawal to bank . It has been long and there is no money deposited to my bank account. If this continues for 2 more days, the case will be with the police.The attached picture is the screenshot of the transaction id details.

While applying for C.I.S.F money was twice deducted for same reference I.D. My card number is [protected]..
please give it back.
Though the site was giving error messege that I can't pay twice for same I.D but money was deducted. The amount is exactly R.S 111.80
please help.
