Citrus Payment Solutions — i paid the ghmc property tax online but it still shows pending

I paid the property tax for[protected] for the ptin : [protected] on 27th april 2020... But it still shows pending in ghmc website.

The amount to pay was 3728 rs.

So i went through www.ghmc.gov.in and paid using upi an amount of 3728. It went thru citrus solutions pty ltd and
The transaction was successful.. The amount has been debited from my account
. But it still shows pending in the ghmc website.

Please check the attachment which shows the payment done.

Please clear this payment done asap...
