[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — I placed an order from Zara online on 10th July

I placed an order from Zara online in 10th July around 5pm, the UPI payment of 2990 rs was successful however the Zara transaction got failed n then cancelled. I have been reaching out to ZAra customer care page but no response from their side. ORDER NO. [protected] was cancelled and UPI tranascation#[protected] was successful.
