My name fathima jaleel i transferred money from my account corporation bank to my husband account bank name kotak 811via corpnet banking services on 27/10/2017 time 8:04pm amount of rs 5000 the amount debitet from my account not credited to my husband account i called more times icitrus payment solutions customers care number [protected] no one responding my call please refund my money back i hope u take better response about this matter

Even I have the same issue with my fund transfer for Kotak 811 account from my other bank debit card, in there they had debited 5000 rs but not reflecting in my Kotak account can you please do the need full or refund my money back.
